
Our history
Michonet was founded in 2012 by designer Natividad Pacheco Soldado as a declaration of love for craftsmanship, embroidery, and soulful design. From its very beginning, the brand has been a tribute to handmade beauty, meticulous detail, and a textile legacy that spans generations.
The name "Michonet" pays tribute to the celebrated Maison Michonet, the iconic Parisian embroidery workshop that marked a turning point in 20th-century haute couture and ready-to-wear. This nod to French refinement reflects the brand's essence: a balance between tradition and modernity, between the dream and the tangible.


It was in 2018 when Michonet launched as an e-commerce site, with a carefully curated communications and social media strategy that helped position it as "the new fashion brand for influential women."
In 2020, we opened our first physical store in Córdoba, the place where it all began. We followed suit in Madrid in 2021, the heart of Seville in 2023, and, most recently, in the exclusive Sant Gervasi neighborhood of Barcelona in 2025.


Today, Michonet continues its journey with its sights set on the world. In the midst of internationalization and with new distribution channels, we remain true to our essence: creating pieces that move, that tell stories, that endure.
