Shipping costs

The cost of each shipment will be displayed at checkout. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders weigh no more than 1 or 2 kg. The applicable rates are:

  • Peninsula: €5.95.
  • Balearic Islands: €10.
  • France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: €18.
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland: €31.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact
  • Other destinations: contact

Delivery times

Orders are being prepared Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., once payment has been confirmed . If your purchase is received outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, it will be arranged for delivery on the next business day. Once the order is in our central warehouse, it is shipped via express courier service so that it reaches you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are detailed below:

  • Peninsula: 1-2 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days.
  • France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: 2-4 business days.
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland 4-5 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-6 business days.
  • Other destinations: contact

* In case of PRE ORDER products and products under certain conditions, Delivery time may vary and extend further over time.

International Shipping and Customs

  • For orders outside of Spain, any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes will be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before purchasing. Michonet is not responsible for any policies or requirements outside the brand itself.


Exchanges and returns

You may choose to return the purchased product within (15) days of receiving it. To do so, you must process it through the following link: https://go.ifreturns.com/es/michonet

*If you have any problems accessing the returns portal, please email info@michonet.com with your order code.

To help us continue to improve, please let us know the reason for your return. If you request a size exchange, you must indicate the correct size.

For exchanges or returns, items must be sent:

  • In its original condition (including tags and packaging), along with any related accessories, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
  • For partial returns, you must include a copy of the invoice, clearly indicating which items are to be returned.

Important note : Until we receive the item at our warehouse, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and retain proof of shipment. Returned products can be exchanged for a refund or a voucher of the same amount, or they can be exchanged for other items of equal or higher value.

How will I receive the amount of my exchange or refund?

The refund will be processed after receiving the product. Once the return has been approved.

Do I have to pay anything for my return/exchange?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Michonet only assumes shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Wrong shipments or defective products.
  • A change of size in the Peninsula.

For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Other countries must pay shipping costs for size exchanges and returns.

When will I receive my refund?

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and complete with tags, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns postage due will not be accepted.
