Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination and the size or weight of the package. Most orders weigh between 1 and 2 kg.

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Mainland Spain: €5.95

• Balearic Islands: €10

• France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Austria: €18

• Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary & Switzerland: €31

• Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: please contact us

• All other destinations: please contact us

Delivery times

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed outside these hours, on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order leaves our central warehouse, it is shipped by express courier to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days

• Balearic Islands: 1–2 business days

• France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Austria: 2–4 business days

• Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary & Switzerland: 4–5 business days

• Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–6 business days

• All other destinations: please contact us

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking number sent by email. We also recommend checking with your building’s reception or concierge, as they may have received the package.

International shipping & customs

For orders shipped outside Spain, any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order.
Michonet is not responsible for external customs policies or requirements.

Exchanges & Returns

You may return your order within 15 days of receiving it.
To request a return or exchange, please process it through the following link:

To help us improve, we kindly ask you to indicate the reason for your return.
If you are requesting a size exchange, please specify the correct size.

Return conditions

All items must be returned:

• In their original condition, including labels, tags and packaging

• With any accessories included

• Unworn, unwashed and undamaged

For partial returns, please include a copy of the invoice clearly indicating which items are being returned.

Important: Until we receive the returned item in our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked or registered shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.

Returned items may be refunded, exchanged for a store credit, or exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and approved in our warehouse.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted.

Do I have to pay for my return or exchange?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Michonet only covers return shipping in the following cases:

• Incorrect or defective items

• One size exchange within Mainland Spain

For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

Returns sent with cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
